Finding a new skill/hobby – This is the perfect time to discover things you’ve never done, thought about or put off! For example baking a cake or learning to play piano are all great ways to feel a sense of achievement. So why not give it a try?
Picking up a book – This is a great way to help achieve well-being. Research has shown that it not only improves your memory & empathy, but it makes you feel so much better & positive! It’s also a great way to escape into your own little world 🙂
