Visualisation is probably one of the most effective mind workouts you can do. With that being said, did you know that Vision boards are not only SUPER important but also extremely beneficial? They help provide a daily visual reminder of your goals & dreams. It creates that emotional connection that drives your motivation to achieve what you want, from what you’ve put in front of you. What i like to do is save my vision board to my phone and computer wall paper so i see it everyday, it keeps me inspired and very positive!
It gives me a lot of excitement to be able to share with you one of my vision boards for 2020. I thought i would give you a little walk through of it starting with the picture of myself and my mum in the middle. I highly recommend that if you do your own vision board that you put a picture you love in the middle that you are deeply connected to. You’ll notice on my board i have some of my favourite dream locations – including Hawaii which i intend on visiting in the near future. Also some positive quotes and words that resonate with me that i like to remind my self of on a daily basis – “If you can dream it, you can do it” a lovely quote from the famous Walt Disney. I’m always updating my vision boards and adding to them, they give me so much joy and self growth, to be honest i would be lost without them!
So why not give it a try? A vision board gives you the ability to create a future full of imagination & wisdom.
