My Gratitude Challenge

Are you ready for a challenge this week? I want you to focus on all the positive things happening around you. We are all programmed to focus on the negative, but I am passionate about changing this for you.

Daily practice helps trigger all your positive emotions such love, joy and hope. It’s also a great way to lower your stress levels. You can do this anytime of day but i think it’s great to do in the afternoon/evening where you can reflect on your day.

So here we go I challenge you to my gratitude challenge, it’s really hard to do this without having a big smile on your face.

My 3 top tips:

1) Think of a person you are grateful towards.

2) Think about a pleasure, or something that has made you happy and you are grateful for.

3) Think about something positive that gave you hope today.

If you want to magnify the power of your gratitude, write down what you are grateful for each day and keep a journal so you can read over all the great things in your life.

I can’t wait to hear how you get on!
