What if I don’t know what I want?

That’s completely normal. Start by noticing what you don’t want and what drains your energy. Often, clarity comes from contrast.

How many goals should I set at once?

 Start small. One to three focused goals is plenty. It’s better to go deep than wide.

 I always lose motivation halfway through- how do I stick with my goals?

Make sure your goals come from you, not external pressure. Then, build in accountability- whether that’s a coach, a friend, or regular check-ins with yourself.
